Shipping within Australia

We ship all Buluuy Mirrii orders across Australia via tracked courier and Australia Post services. All domestic orders are dispatched from our studio in Australia and include full tracking from the moment your parcel leaves us.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We offer standard and express domestic shipping options.

Buluuy Mirrii ships internationally to a growing list of countries. International orders are dispatched via tracked international courier and Australia Post International services. Shipping costs and estimated timeframes are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Customs, duties & taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not collected or controlled by Buluuy Mirrii. We recommend checking your country's import rules before ordering.

All international parcels are shipped with full tracking. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note that international tracking updates can sometimes be delayed as parcels move through customs.

Before your order is dispatched

All Buluuy Mirrii orders are carefully prepared and quality-checked before dispatch. Because many of our pieces are handcrafted or made in very limited quantities, we ask that you allow the following processing times before your order is shipped.

Ready-to-Wear Orders

In-stock ready-to-wear pieces are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of your order being placed. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking details once your order has left our studio.

Limited Edition & One-of-a-Kind Pieces

Limited edition and one-of-a-kind garments may require up to 5 business days for processing as each piece undergoes an individual quality review before dispatch. We will contact you if there is any unexpected delay with your specific piece.

Pre-Order Items

Pre-order garments have their own estimated dispatch dates, which are listed clearly on the product page at the time of purchase. See the Pre-Orders section below for full details.

Mixed Orders

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we will contact you to confirm whether you would like the order dispatched in parts or held until all items are ready.

Business days: Processing and dispatch occur Monday to Friday, excluding Australian public holidays. Orders placed over a weekend or on a public holiday will begin processing the next available business day.

Tracking your parcel

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automatic email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real time. All domestic and international orders include tracking as standard.

Check Your Dispatch Email

Your tracking number will be in the dispatch confirmation email sent to the address you provided at checkout. Check your spam or junk folder if you cannot find it.

Track via Australia Post or Courier

Use your tracking number at auspost.com.au or the relevant courier's website. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.

International Tracking

International tracking updates may be less frequent as your parcel moves through overseas postal systems and customs. This is normal and does not indicate a problem with your order.

Parcel Not Updating?

If your tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days (domestic) or 15 business days (international), please contact us at media@buluuymirrii.com.au and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

Delivery attempts: If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, your parcel will be held at your nearest post office or depot. Please collect it within the advised timeframe to avoid it being returned to us. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or uncollected status, re-delivery charges will apply.

We accept a wide range of secure payment methods. All transactions are processed through our encrypted checkout and no card details are stored by Buluuy Mirrii.

Currency: All prices on the Buluuy Mirrii website are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD). If you are purchasing internationally, your bank or payment provider will convert the amount to your local currency at their applicable exchange rate.

We offer both Afterpay and Klarna as flexible payment options, allowing you to spread the cost of your order across multiple payments at no extra cost to you.

Securing a piece before it drops

Pre-orders allow you to secure a Buluuy Mirrii piece from an upcoming collection or limited release before it becomes available. By placing a pre-order, you are reserving your piece ahead of production completion or stock arrival.

The estimated dispatch date for each pre-order item is clearly listed on the product page at the time of purchase. We will always do our best to meet these estimates, and will notify you by email if any delay occurs.

Full Payment at Time of Order

Pre-orders are paid in full at the time of purchase. This secures your piece and allows us to manage production accurately.

Estimated Dispatch Date

Each pre-order product lists an estimated dispatch window. This is the date your order will leave our studio — delivery time is in addition to this.

Dispatch Notification

You will receive a dispatch email with tracking information as soon as your pre-order leaves us. No need to follow up, we will come to you.

Cancelling a Pre-Order

If you wish to cancel a pre-order before dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible at media@buluuymirrii.com.au. We will do our best to accommodate your request before production begins. Once a pre-order has entered production or dispatch, cancellation may not be possible.

Mixing pre-order and in-stock items: If you order both in-stock and pre-order items together, we will contact you to discuss whether to dispatch in-stock items immediately or hold all items until the pre-order is ready.

How They Work

Gift cards are delivered digitally by email to the recipient. They contain a unique code which can be entered at checkout to redeem the balance against any purchase. Gift cards can be used in full or part-payment.

Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of issue in accordance with Australian consumer law. The remaining balance can be used across multiple transactions. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.

Lost or missing gift card emails? Please check your spam or junk folder first. If the email is not there, contact us at media@buluuymirrii.com.au with your order details and we will resend the gift card.

Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. If you are purchasing a gift card as a present, we recommend double-checking the recipient's email address at checkout to ensure it reaches the right person.

Buluuy Mirrii garments are crafted from premium and often delicate fabrics. Proper care will ensure your piece retains its beauty, structure, and integrity for years to come. Always follow the care label inside your garment, the guidance below is a general reference by fabric type.

Buluuy Mirrii Garment Care Guide — Fabric washing, drying, and ironing instructions

When in doubt, dry clean. For any Buluuy Mirrii piece you are unsure about, professional dry cleaning is always the safest option. Incorrect washing can damage delicate fabrics, embellishments, and structural elements that cannot be repaired.

Store your garments in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Use padded hangers for structured pieces and fold delicate knits rather than hanging them. Garment bags are recommended for couture and special occasion pieces during storage.

Our materials

Every fabric used in a Buluuy Mirrii collection is selected for its quality, drape, and alignment with our design vision. We work with a range of natural, blended, and performance fabrics depending on the garment's purpose and silhouette.

Natural Fibres

Silk, Linen & Cotton

We favour natural fibres for their breathability, drape, and connection to the natural world. Many of our signature pieces are made from pure silk, deadstock linen, or high-count cotton sourced from ethical suppliers.

Blended Fabrics

Jersey, Ponte & Stretch Blends

For comfort-forward and relaxed silhouettes, we use high-quality jersey and ponte blends. These fabrics are chosen for their ease of wear, recovery, and how they move with the body.

Special Occasion

Chiffon, Georgette & Structured

Couture and occasion pieces are made using delicate chiffons, georgettes, and structured fabrics including boning and interfacing. These require special care and handling, see the Care section above.

Deadstock & Conscious

Deadstock & Sustainable Sourcing

Wherever possible, we incorporate deadstock and end-of-roll fabrics into our collections. These are high-quality materials that would otherwise go to waste, and using them is one way we limit our environmental footprint.

Getting your size right before you order is the best way to ensure you love your Buluuy Mirrii piece from the moment it arrives. Between Sizes?

As a general rule, size up. It is easier to have a garment taken in slightly by a local tailor than to let out a piece that is too small. For structured or boned pieces, sizing accuracy is especially important.

Contact us with your measurements before ordering. We know our garments inside out and can tell you exactly which size will work best for your proportions and the specific cut of the piece you are considering.

Our standard ready-to-wear range runs from AU Size 6 (XS) to AU Size 18 (3XL). Custom sizing is available on selected styles for those outside this range, see our Sizing Guide for details.

We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible at media@buluuymirrii.com.au if you need to make a change or cancellation. We will do our best to accommodate your request before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, changes and cancellations are no longer possible.
Contact us immediately at media@buluuymirrii.com.au with your order number and the correct address. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can update it. If it has already been dispatched, we will do our best to redirect the parcel, however this is not always possible and may incur additional costs.
Yes. All orders are beautifully packaged as standard in acid-free tissue and a branded bag or box. If you would like to add a gift message, you can do so at checkout. For a special occasion, please email us at media@buluuymirrii.com.au and we can discuss additional gift presentation options.
Only one discount code can be applied per order. However, a gift card can be used in addition to a discount code, and multiple gift cards can be combined in a single transaction. If you experience any trouble at checkout, please contact us and we will assist you.
Order confirmation emails are sent automatically at the time of purchase. Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot find it, contact us at media@buluuymirrii.com.au with the name and email address used at checkout and we will confirm your order and resend the confirmation.
Many of our pieces are one-of-a-kind or made in very limited quantities and will not be restocked. If a style is restocked or revisited in a future collection, we will announce it via our Instagram and email list. We recommend joining our mailing list to be first to know about new drops and restocks.
The care instructions inside your garment's label are always the most accurate guide for that specific piece. Our general Garment Care section above provides guidance by fabric type. If you have a question about a specific older piece, feel free to email us, we are always happy to help you keep your Buluuy Mirrii piece in beautiful condition.
Yes, we can ship to PO boxes and parcel lockers via Australia Post. Please note that some courier services are unable to deliver to PO boxes, if you select express shipping and have a PO box address, we will contact you to confirm delivery options before dispatching.
